Placement of trainees

  1. Candidate preparation: Our young students come directly from school and receive intensive training from our partner to language level B2. This language qualification ensures that they are fully eligible for support and meet the language requirements for successful integration in Germany.
  2. Needs analysis: We conduct a thorough analysis of our partner companies' requirements. Based on the companies' specific needs and requirements, we propose suitable talents who fit the company both professionally and personally.
  3. Digital introduction: We organize a digital meeting between the companies and the potential trainees. This allows both sides to get to know each other and clarify expectations.
  4. Contract Conclusion: If an agreement is reached, we receive the signed employment contract and send it to India. Our local partner will take care of organizing all necessary documents, including the visa and flight. These services are included in the placement fee.
  5. Integration and Aftercare: Once the trainee begins working in Germany, we offer aftercare support. This promotes integration and helps prevent homesickness and other adjustment issues. As our CEO herself has a migration background, she brings a special understanding and empathy for the challenges faced by international trainees.
  6. Replacement guarantee: Should unforeseen problems arise, we guarantee a quick and reliable replacement. Our goal is to ensure the smooth operation of your company and to quickly compensate for any disruptions.
  7. Services not included: Accommodation, airport transfers, and accompaniment to official procedures are not part of our service offering.
