- Candidate preparation: Our specialists are carefully selected and intensively trained by our partner to language level B2. This language qualification ensures that they meet the language requirements for successful integration in Germany and are fully eligible for funding.
- Needs analysis: We conduct a thorough analysis of our partner companies' requirements. Based on their specific needs and requirements, we recommend suitable specialists who are a good fit for the company both professionally and personally.
- Digital meeting: We organize a digital meeting between the companies and the potential specialists. This allows both sides to get to know each other and clarify expectations.
- Contract Conclusion: If an agreement is reached, we receive the signed employment contract and send it to India. Our local partner will take care of organizing all necessary documents, including visas and flights. These services are included in the placement fee.
- Integration and Aftercare: Once the professional begins working in Germany, we offer aftercare support. This promotes integration and helps prevent homesickness and other adjustment issues.
